Puliyur Vyagrapureeswarar Temple: Puliyur Vyagrapureeswarar
Temple is a popular shrine of Thanjavur situated just 80 km from
the cities main road. Kamadhenu, the devalogha cow prayed
to Lord Shiva to cure from numerous disease. Nataraja is worshiped
prior to all other gods is the unique feature of the temple.
Sikkal Singaravelavar Temple: This temple is unique
in the entire Tamil Nadu for worshiping Siva and Vishnu together

Sirkazhi: The significance of the temple lays here
as Goddess Parvathi offered Gnana milk to Thirugnana Sambandar,
when he was a child. The famous Thirumulaippal Utsav is held here
every year during Thiruvadirai Nakshatra of Chiithirai month.
